This set is compiled mostly of some recent finds I have stumbled on, particularly in the new gazer category I've recently discovered one of my favorite new gazer bands called "Day Sleepers", who have blown my mind with their amazing talents. They took an entire generation of shoe gazer, and molded it into this superior super nova of blurry sound that is VERY addictive. The best thing about this group, is that there isn't ONE bad song that they've done. Its completely uncanny. I've put them up as the first song to start the set. Electro was what I was going to play this week, but as I was designing the flyer for this broadcast I started thinking "maybe I should do a broadcast that sounds perfect for stargazing in the desert in the middle of nowhere at night". This is what the result was. This set is chocked full with cool, crisp glitch IDM intermixed with warm honeyed sounds from an ambient hive. Two distinct sounds, merging together for a harmonious lullaby deep for driving under the stars.
