Fri, 4 September 2009  I'm back up in San Francisco for the week (and will be doing 2 broadcasts up here). Its about 30 - 40 degrees cooler back up here which is a welcome change from the blistering Summer heat of Los Angeles. Also, its nice to breathe! Currently North of Los Angeles (right past the valley), a raging forest fire is sweeping at a massive rate, causing the sky to cloud up and rain large amounts of ash all over Los Angeles and surrounding areas. I figured while I was up here, what better music to remind me of living here than playing music started out here in Mash Up Central (Thanks to Adrian and Mysterious D of the legendary club Bootie). While for the past two sessions, SMASHED! has been mixed with RoboDisco 3000 (Smash!Robot!Smash! sessions), it seemed better to split them up for now. (PS: I included three Party Ben tracks back to back because he's 100% genius._ Enjoy!

Fri, 31 July 2009  Ah, how I love chill out mash ups! This is the 4th session of FUSION, a set dedicated to those talented mash up artists focusing on downtempo and chill. One of my favorite remix artists "The Flying White Dots" has an AMAZING rendition of Bjork, that I had to put on here. This brilliant artist takes mash ups on a completely different level, transcending just mixing, into storytelling musical landscapes that leave you daydreaming completely out of your body. Wed, 6 August 2008  I am literally about run out to board my plane! I'm leaving for Seattle today to go to the desert of Washington (Orondo, WA) with a few of my friends. So guess what? Fri, 6 June 2008  Yes, another session of SMASHED! is here, bringing you the best of mash ups! This week sets off the month of June, which is the month of dance/electro for the BNB. No worries however if this isn't your thing, as July will be back into Shoegazer, and more blurry sounds for your ethereal ears. I personally wanted to dedicate this show as it is one of the most listened to, to Bellingham Eric, one of my favorite supporters of the BNB. Without him, this show wouldn't have been as successful. Thu, 10 January 2008  The BNB is now swimming the boxes and remnants of Seattle as we prepare to go to San Francisco. This is the perfect time for Fusion, the best of chill out and downtempo mash ups. This is like xanax for the mashed up soul. Wish us luck in our departure!
