Living in California for the past decade has really disconnected me from my upbringing sometimes, so its really nice to see the origins of my family and life growing up.

Oh I love city sessions! This broadcast focuses around 2000 - 2002 in retrospect to my stay in Philadelphia. As cold as it was, it was one of the most diverse and interesting cities I have ever lived in. There are times when it becomes cold where I miss bundling up to reach a destination in the vast city of brotherly love. This music is the perfect set of shoegazer and trip hop to calm you down and remind you of the beginning of this decade.

The BNB is branching out into different themes this year, and one of the new sessions introduced to the set is "City Sessions", which focuses on not only genre and time period pieces, but dedications to the cities that I've lived in.

Now, the first one is dedicated to Atlanta, one of the main cities that I grew up in. I was raised in mostly in Marietta, but ended up going to high school and college in downtown Atlanta (which took many busrides and trainrides to finally get to my destination).
