Thu, 24 September 2009 This is a dual dj by Loveless & Grey this week for the ninth session of Chill Pill (9th session, really?!) this week. This session started in 2007 back in Seattle, and has traveled through San Francisco and finally out to here in Los Angeles California. Tennessee will be starting off the set with instrumental bliss moving into soft sweet sensual downtempo, and Nina Grey will be ending it out with great chill out classics intermixed with lounge and mellow grooves. Enjoy!

Sat, 23 May 2009 So my microphone broke, so I had to get another one (I hope the sound isn't too weird). I was trying to upload this before my trip, but had to upload once I arrived. I just drove 6 hours up the 5 North to San Francisco this weekend to spend time with friends. It is amazing how the weather in California goes from 103 degrees to 40 degrees in a matter of 4 miles! San Francisco is foggy and beautiful as ever. This set is mixed with down tempo, lush electronica, electro gazer, and haunting trip hop. Its a myriad of different songs that I wanted to compile for my birthday this week, so I hope you like this!

Fri, 20 February 2009 Hello Lovers. This is the seventh session of Chill Pill, which is all about Chill Out, Downtempo, and Mellow Music. I have an incredible artist featured on the set this week. This group hails from Montreal (and half from Peru), and produces such an amazing experimental gorgeous sound that it paralyzes the heart and satiates the busy mind. They are called "Elsiane" and they are my new favorite chill out obsession (imagine Bjork, Emiliana Torrini, and Paula Cole mixed with a major orchestra). Check out this and the rest of such beautiful calm sound that'll make you daydream during your hectic day.

Wed, 24 September 2008 This is my last week here in San Francisco. On Monday, the 29th, I will be relocating out to Los Angeles! My place has been packed in boxes for the past few weeks, and I am so glad to be able to finally transport my stuff, and have it open and ready again. While in this heavily busy time, I've constructed a broadcast that is perfect to just chill out to. Definitely check out Lykke Li, Amanaska, and the downtempo remix of The Shakedowns! These are a must to listen to. Wish me luck on this move, and I'll be broadcasting next week from Los Angeles!

Fri, 1 August 2008 Hello lovers! Gentle Cycle Orchestra is on the playlist this week, and I'm incorporating tracks that I love spinning out here in San Francisco, and mashing it with a few I found out in Los Angeles last week. This is a perfect downtempo session for those warm late night summer nights we've had this year. This show has clean warm chill out mixed with dirty and sexy urban trip hop.. ENJOY!

Thu, 3 July 2008 Its been a busy Summer over here in San Francisco, and when things get really heavy, I tend to desire the decompression process more. The minute I get home, I open up the window, lay on the couch and put my feet on the sill. I'll get a glass, or a bottle, or a winery of wine (kidding), and play chill out. These are some of the songs that I love hearing in that time where I am winding down from work and wanting that sultry sweltering sound of down tempo.

Thu, 1 May 2008 I'm taking over writing for this at the moment. I'm back in San Francisco after my travels to Los Angeles and San Diego. I've been driving alot and finding the perfect music to drive to some of the various coastal towns off the 101. This is kind of a set that mimics the sessions of 'hot music for cheap hotels', 'interstate' and 'chill pill'. Its definitely down tempo mixed in with a bit of lush electronica, shoegaze, and sultry slow beat chill out.
